Hoffmann's Recruitment Process
- We handle your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
- A background check is part of the recruitment process for every position;
- We may use an assessment during the process;
- Due to our training obligations, we offer all initial employment contracts for a fixed term of one year;
- For all positions, the Private Investigator diploma is required. If you do not have this diploma, you must be willing to obtain it within one year;
- When we add data to our portfolio, we keep it for up to six months with your consent. After that, the data is destroyed.
